General policy

Subscription fees are generally non-refundable except where required by applicable law.

Cancelling automatic renewal

Paid plans renew automatically every 30 days unless you turn renewal off. To cancel, open your Wallet, choose the Subscription tab and select “Turn off auto-renewal” (or remove your saved payment method). You keep access until the end of the period you have paid for, and nothing further is charged.

Cancelling does not refund the current period. Credits already granted for that period remain available until it ends.

Refund requests may be considered if

• You were charged due to a billing error.
• You were charged multiple times for the same subscription.
• The Service could not be provided because of a verified technical issue caused by Giga3 AI.

Refunds are generally not provided for

• Partial subscription periods.
• Change of mind.
• Failure to cancel before renewal.
• Violations of the Terms of Service that result in account suspension.

Processing

Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method where possible.
